UNDER 10PP

For a party size of under 10 children.

Upon arrival, each child is given a wrist band which allows them access tounlimited tokens for 1 hour of play.

This package can be booked on either a Saturday or Sunday at your chosentime.

This package is priced @$35 per child

Please note: For this package – Ready Player Arcade will remain open to thepublic.

GROUP PACKAGE 1

For a party size of 10-19 children.

Upon arrival, each child is given a wrist band which allows them access to unlimited tokens for 1 hour of play.

This package can be booked on either a Saturday or Sunday at your chosentime.

This package is priced @$30 per child.

Please note: For Group Package 1 – Ready Player Arcade will remain open to the public.

GROUP PACKAGE 2

For a party size of 20+ children.

Upon arrival, each child is given a wrist band which allows them access to unlimited tokens for 1 hour of play.

This package can be booked on either a Saturday or Sunday at your chosen time.

This package is priced @$25 per child.

Please note: For Group Package 2 – Ready Player Arcade will remain open to the public.

PRIVATE EVENT

For a party size of minimum 30+ children.

Children will have access to unlimited tokens for 1 hour of play.

This package can be booked on either a Saturday or Sunday at your chosen time.

This package is priced @$20 per child

Please note: For parties over 30+ children – the party will become a private event and Ready Player will close to the public for the duration of your event.

Booking Information

Here is some important information about hosting parties at the arcade.

Terms and Conditions

All bookings for Party Packages are to be arranged with the administration staff prior to the event taking place.

All Party Packages can be booked on either a Saturday or Sunday. Our opening hours for these days are 9am-10pm.

All bookings are to be paid for upfront to secure your booking.

For larger bookings (Private Events): a $200 deposit is required upfront to secure your booking.
Deposit will become non-refundable if there is less than 2 weeks between cancellation and date of party.
Also, if the party has been rescheduled once or more; the deposit will also become non-refundable. The remaining balance is to be paid in full prior to the event.

Booking details are required when purchasing any party package.
This includes full name, phone number and an email.
This is purely for booking and contact information only.

Once booking details are confirmed and arranged with staff; upfront payment is required.

Payments can be made via link, bank transfer or can be arranged instore.
Please notify administration staff via email if wishing to pay instore.
All receipts will be emailed once payment is received.

If you need to postpone or reschedule your party, notice prior to the booking date is required.

Food and Drink

For all party bookings we will provide a sectioned off area to allow for any food and drinks if you wish to bring supplies with you.

We offer a catering platter package for this area (minimum of 20 children)- please see ‘Caterings’ page for breakdown and pricing.
Otherwise, this area is BYO food and drinks only (exception of catering package that is available as an add on purchase on top of any birthday packages.)

Please advise staff if wishing to bring any BYO food and drinks with you, we will accommodate an extra ½ an hour booking of the lounge area only to facilitate time for meals.

We can also provide party supplies on top of your Birthday Package at an additional cost – please see add-ons page for breakdown and pricing.

We kindly ask that all food and drinks are to remain inside the party areas at all times – No food or drinks permitted near gaming machines.

If wishing to book full lunch meals; we are neighbouring many restaurant facilities with great reviews.

We advise that you organise lunch bookings in advance with these venues directly once party details are confirmed to avoid disappointment as they are subject to availability.

Photosensitivity Disclaimer

Photosensitivity / epileptic seizures:

A very small percentage of individuals may experience epileptic seizures when exposed to certain light patterns or flashing lights.
